366-Challenge 333 - Cactus

A rather edgy close-up of some cactus thorns.
I'm quite happy with the sense of depth the thorns in the background creates.
However, the shot is a bit busy.

366-Challenge 135 - Surf

What can I say... Back after almost a month.
This picture illustrates why Cote d'Azur is called just that.
The photo has lost some sharpness due to the crop I've done, but I like
the dynamics of the wave.

366-Challenge 285 - Honey (where are you?)

I think I'm beginning to realise how big the challenge is to post 366-pictures in a year.
So here's another one, with a slight interpretation of the theme...
I snapped these very cute ducks last weekend. The male really looked as if he was looking for the female.

366-Challenge 212 - Warning

Here's my next contribution to my 366-challenge.
I came across these signs right off the piste in a ski-resort at 1500 meters above sea level.
Apparently there must be a road underneath the snow...
Technically not a very good photo (didn't fancy taking my skis off and climb down in my boots) but I like the signs. ;-)

366 Challenge 122 - Sunglasses

This photo summarizes a nice (but slightly too warm) ski day in Italian Limone Piemonte.

366-Challenge 41 - Time

Another 1/2 second of our lives rolls by...
A little Friday night experiment with the strobe function of the flash.
( My fiancée just moved to Luxembourg for 5 months so I've got plenty of spare time... :) )

Look closely and you can see how the ball slows down as it rolls from right to left.
(and no, I'm not sponsored by Titleist...)

366-Challenge 196 - Fog

Another shot found in the archives from the beginning of the year.
This photo was taken during the same afternoon as the "clouds" picture.
This is on the other side of the mountain overlooking one of the higher valleys.
The question is when fog becomes clouds and vice versa.
